The Israeli military says it has resumed fighting Hamas in Gaza, accusing the group of violating the terms of the ceasefire.
The ceasefire lasted seven days and freed 110 hostages held by Hamas and 240 Palestinian prisoners held by Israel.
Hamas attacks in Israel on October 7 killed 1,200 people and took about 240 hostages.
Since then, the Hamas-run health ministry says more than 14,800 people have been killed in Israel's retaliatory campaign, including some 6,000 children.
Antony Blinken, who is based in the Middle East, has told Israel it needs to take "more effective steps" to protect civilian lives.
