Forecasters have predicted a new heat wave which is expected to hit Italy from Friday, July 7, 2023. Temperatures are expected to rise significantly across the country, from Sicily to Milan.
The "record" is likely to be recorded in Sardinia, where the temperature could reach 47 degrees. This new heat wave, the second this summer, is expected to last until mid-July.
In the next two days, however, before the intense heat, many areas of Italy will experience rain, mainly in the northern regions of the country.
