The prime minister of the technical government of North Macedonia, Talat Xhaferi, went to the document center in Tetovo where he demanded an account from the head of the sector and the staff, after seeing the citizens waiting in line.
"Who's the boss," he asked.
Then, upon entering the office, he asked for work organization.
"Organize, so that people don't gather", Xhaferi said.
He had a heated exchange with an employee of the police station, who was there, as he said, to get a document. But Xhaferi asked him to return to his workplace.
"Go to the workplace, because you don't have a job here...Listen, now I'll tell you. You have no official business here, nothing, you came here to drink coffee".
"Don't bring up problems, I don't want to hear problems, you are here for solutions. You must have solutions. People here should not have to wait all day...You are here for those people, they are not for you", Xhaferi can be heard saying.
