By “ The Telegraph ”/ An Albanian criminal has thrown a champagne party to celebrate his continued presence in Britain 10 years after being ordered to leave. Dorian Puka, 29, who was jailed and deported twice for burglary before sneaking back into the country, marked the milestone with a VIP party at a club, surrounded by burlesque dancers and thousands of pounds worth of champagne.
The convicted thief could be seen dancing with a person with dwarfism, singing and smoking a shisha pipe on Wednesday evening.
Puka booked a VIP section of "Cirque le Soir", a favorite spot of celebrities, and then posted pictures on his Instagram page.

Over the past year, Puka has used social media to mock the Home Office with videos of his luxurious lifestyle, including showing off his 6 Rolex watches and luxury cars such as a Ferrari and a 2022 Lamborghini URUS V8 worth £180,000.
The Interior Ministry has admitted that it is powerless to deport Puka again until his asylum application has been fully heard, but has warned that foreign criminals should have “no doubt” about law enforcement.
Puka was first jailed on February 17, 2015, after he was caught burglarizing a house in Twickenham, southwest London, while the owner was on holiday in France. The owner caught the theft on camera and called the police.
The thief was jailed for 9 months and “agreed” to leave Britain upon his release. But within a year, he had managed to evade border controls and return to the UK to carry out a series of further burglaries in the London suburbs.
Puka was eventually caught by plainclothes officers patrolling Surbiton, also in the south-west of the capital, after a reported increase in local thefts. He was carrying an expensive watch that he had stolen.
The Albanian was imprisoned for 3 and a half years and then deported in March 2020.
Puka has used social media to showcase his lifestyle, which includes driving luxury cars in London.

During his time in a UK prison, Puka gained notoriety for using an illegal cell phone smuggled into the prison to post photos of himself on Instagram. He posed alongside the leader of an organized crime group who was serving a 12-year sentence for conspiracy to supply cocaine and money laundering.
After returning to Albania for several months, he traveled through Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands before passing border controls to re-enter Britain in December 2020, according to his Instagram account.
Facing deportation, he filed an asylum application and has been on parole wearing an electronic bracelet since 2023, as he waits for a court to rule on his request.
A Home Office spokesman said: "This government will not allow foreign criminals and illegal migrants to exploit our laws, which is why we are reforming human rights laws and replacing the broken appeals system, allowing us to increase deportations.
The Home Secretary announced the most sweeping reforms to tackle illegal migration in modern times, which will make Britain a less attractive destination for illegal migrants and make it easier to remove and deport them.
