Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti responded to Raa's draft for the Association by asking the latter to submit a draft for municipalities with ethnic majority to Serbian President Aleksandar Vučič for Bujanovac, Medveđa and Presheva at the next meeting of the Open Balkans.

" I have no doubt that Rama believes that his proposal is good and that being the case then what I propose is that Prime Minister Edi Rama present this draft statute to Vucic at the next meeting of the Open Balkans for Albanians in Presevo and Bujanoc . If you think it is something good, let him make it as a proposal for the Albanians who are there. Believing in what Prime Minister Edi Rama believes, instead of proposing to Paris and Berlin, propose to Belgrade for Bujanovac, Medvegja and Presheva, " said Kurti.
