These documents state that sugar is required in 1 kg packages, carbohydrates, white sugar. Flour should have fiber and protein, rice should have carbohydrates, while the oil should be sunflower.

" In total, the offer is for 250 food packages, each of the packages must have the components, the products according to the table above. The food packages must have an expiration date of at least one year ," writes the Municipality of Saranda .
