The Universal Service Provider has set out the procedures that bakeries, which also produce pastry products or have espresso and coffee bars, must follow to change their energy contracts with the prices of the new scheme, which was approved last month. Through a letter addressed to the Bread Association, FSHU specifies that subjects who have 2 contracts must appear at any Customer Care center to close one of the contracts they have.
The Universal Service Supplier specifies that the contract that was opened later will be closed, while, as the case may be, for the contract that will be closed, measures will be taken to transfer the installed powers to the contract that will continue to supply the object.
At the same time, FSHU informs that checks will be carried out for each bakery or flour production entity, to verify their activity. Meanwhile, for each enterprise, based on the verifications carried out, measures will be taken to change the category, also determining the price with which they will pay for the consumed electricity.
According to the new scheme, for bakeries that do not have any other integrated activity, the price will continue to be 7.6 ALL/kWh. Meanwhile, for those premises that have bread ovens, pastry products or other dough products, the price that will be applied will be 9.5 ALL/kWh. The third category includes those facilities that are more extensive and include espresso, bar and coffee, for which the price will be 12 ALL/kWh.
