300 employees of the Public Administration will benefit from loans with 0% interest for the purchase of an apartment.

The news approved at yesterday's meeting of the Government was announced by the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhja, through a post on social networks. Teachers, doctors, nurses, policemen, soldiers, guards, veterinarians, artists, etc. will receive special attention in this process.

Beneficiaries will be selected based on a scoring system and the quota, says Gonxja, will be annual thanks to funding from the State Budget.

"Loan with 0% interest for the purchase of an apartment, for 300 employees of the Public Administration! A positive step for the support of Public Administration professionals, through a special program that offers loans with 0% interest for the purchase of housing, with the aim of improving the quality of life of employees, providing them with the opportunity to live in better conditions good and safer, without spending on loan interest! The beneficiaries will be selected based on the scoring system and special attention in this process will be given to: teachers, doctors, nurses, policemen, soldiers, guards, veterinarians, artists, etc. These quotas will be annual, thanks to funding from the State Budget, approved at today's Government meeting with the proposal of MEKI - Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation! According to this decision, the 300 loan quotas are divided as follows:

a) 90 (ninety) for the Ministry of the Interior;

b) 90 (ninety) for the Ministry of Defense;

c) 30 (thirty) for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

ç) 30 (thirty) for the Ministry of Education and Sports;

d) 45 (forty five) for the Ministry of Health and Social Protection;

dh) 15 (fifteen) for the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation.

"Beneficiaries according to the letters "b", "c", "d" and "dh", of point 1 of this decision, are selected based on the criteria provided in the scoring system defined in table 1, which is attached to this decision.

Beneficiaries according to letter "a", point 1, of this decision, are selected based on the criteria provided in the scoring system defined in table 2, which is attached to this decision.

Beneficiaries according to the letter "ç", point 1, of this decision, are educational employees in public institutions of pre-university education, as part of the public administration, and are selected based on the criteria provided in the scoring system defined in table 3, which attached to this decision. In the event that there are more candidates with equal points than the quotas determined in point 1 of this decision, and the attached tables, their selection is carried out according to the scoring system determined by the beneficiary institution, in order to realize the number of quotas determined.

Selected public administration employees benefit from easy loans with 0 (zero) % interest. The Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education and Sports are charged with the implementation of this decision. This decision enters into force after publication in the "Official Gazette", the decision states.
