The businessman Edmond Papa was killed in revenge for the murder of Aleksandër Sadikaj in the summer of 2022, with a remote-controlled tritol explosion. This is what the prosecution writes in the investigative documents on the assassination attempt that took place in Kodra e Diellit area, on December 16 of last year.
In the investigative documents that TV Klan has, the Prosecutor's Office says that the police managed to provide information that the relatives of Aleksandër Sadikaj were preparing to take revenge and that they had provided information on private roads.
According to the documents, they had put the authorities aside and, certain that Sadikaj's murder had been organized in the Pope's hotel in Saranda, they had started gathering information.
These data, according to the Prosecutor's Office, support the conducted investigation, where the suspected perpetrators, Albano Velo and Andrew Bode, had been following Edmond Pope for days in cars around Tirana and Saranda, until December 16, when the murder was committed.
But until now, the prosecution has not been able to prove from whom Velo and Bode received the order, or if they acted of their own free will, due to their friendship with Aleksandr Sadikaj.
The prosecution says that the friendship of the two investigated, but also some other people with Aleksandër Sadikajn, is also confirmed in their photos on social networks.
Velo himself has denied having anything to do with the murder, while Bode continues to be wanted as the person who shot the businessman with 9 bullets.
In the prosecutor's file for Sadikaj's murder, it is also stated that his father had identified Edmond Papa as the main suspect for the assassination attempt with tritol near the TEG roundabout./ Tv Klan
