The attack on the lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi was organized by Dritan Nano, one of the heirs of a property in one of the most coveted areas of Tirana, after he refused to give the lawyer the percentage he had promised in the contract, in case the property is returned.

Journalist Klodiana Lala gave details on the show "Open", saying that the property is located near the Tirana Lake dam, in a part of which several towers have already been built by businessman Bashkim Ulaj.

She said that the conflict over the property was between two families, while one party, the Sheqeri family, entered into a contract with the Mêngjesi lawyer. The latter did not ask for money, but a percentage of the construction that would be done.

However, only one of the family members, Dritan Nano, has refused to give, according to the signed contract, what was due to the lawyer Mêngjesi.

Lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi, it is about a conflict between two families in Tirana, for a piece of land in a very coveted area near the lake dam. The Sugar family signed a contract with the lawyer, and they would not receive money, but they would receive land from the construction. The truth is that the trial was won by the Sheqeri family and automatically the contract had to be implemented, most of the family agreed that the contract should be implemented.

Dritan Nano, who is one of the heirs, refused to implement this contract, and this is where the conflict started. There was a very fierce debate between Dritan Nano and the lawyer. Then Nano has organized this group to make an attack to say that "we are right". It is about the land in the area of ​​the dam where 7 or 8 buildings have been built.
