The most wanted fugitive in the justice system, Florenc Çapja, the leader of the "Çapja" criminal group based in Elbasan, was extradited from the United Arab Emirates today.
He is sentenced to life imprisonment along with Ardjan Çapjan and Olsi Leku, for the murder of Gentian and Nezir Beqiri (father and son) in 2012 in the city of Elbasan.
But Florenc Çapja, among the many serious crimes he is suspected of being involved in, is also the ordering of the murder of Sokol Sanxhatari, Qazim Sejdin's son-in-law.
He had contacted the hired killer, Nuredin Dumani, to whom he had promised 200 thousand euros to eliminate Sanxhatari. The crime, according to Dumani's confession, who is now a repentant justice, was not committed because that day he fell into police custody.
"I was promised 200 thousand euros by Franca Çapaj for the elimination of Sanxhaktar. We would get the information from Bledar Muça, Festim Coli and Franc Çapaj," Dumani declared a short while ago in the GJKKO session.
Meanwhile, Sokol Sanxhaktari and Adriano Hajdari themselves have been sentenced to prison for the murder of their childhood friend Florenc Lamçaj, during a fight in a bar in Elbasan.
