TRAGIC in Lezha, mother ends LIFE after son's death!

A deep family drama, which seems to have come out of the scenes of a tragic movie, shook the small village of Lezha, Lalm i ri , on Friday evening .

On Friday evening in the Gurra neighborhood, in Lezha, Aleksandër Marku , 42 years old, a resident of the village of Lalm, was found without signs of life in his tool shop .

According to the police, initial investigations revealed no signs of violence and it is suspected that the death was due to natural causes.

But the tragedy doesn't end there. After receiving the news of her son's death, his mother, Prenë Marku , 72, couldn't bear the pain.

Psychologically burdened and broken by the grief of losing her son, she committed suicide by hanging herself, according to police.

The deceased was found without signs of life by family members in her apartment in the village of Lalm i Ri, just a few hours after her son had passed away.

Two lives lost in a matter of hours, a family devastated and a community shaken by this dramatic event.

The bodies have been sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Tirana for forensic examination, while the police continue their investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of this serious tragedy.
