SPAK launches investigations into abuses in the tender for the construction of the Llogara tunnel.

Special Prosecutor Dritan Prenci has ordered the seizure of documents from the company,  Hill International NV .

The offices of this company are located in one of the towers in Tirana and investigators are seizing the files.

Regarding the Llogara tunnel, fugitive former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj has stated that it is a corrupt affair in which Prime Minister Edi Rama is also implicated.
