SPAK calls to mind, admits that Dervishaj is not a public official

This Friday, a preliminary hearing is being held to make a decision about the Fieri incinerator.

The former vice-president of the ALF, Arben Dervishaj, has been accused of passive corruption of persons exercising public functions and abuse of office.

Meanwhile, the court has requested from the prosecutor's office a clarification of the accusations, since the former socialist deputy, Alqi Blako, is not considered a high official but a public functionary.

Since there is a clarification of the charges, the defense lawyers require more time to familiarize themselves with the new assessments.
