A 28-year-old man, who was suspected of setting out to commit a crime, was handcuffed by the Vlora police. The arrested person is Donald Petani (Alimuça), 28 years old.

The police have charged him with the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition", as a Kalashnikov firearm was found during the search of his vehicle.

"Due to investigative secrecy, given that the incident is under investigation, no other details are given regarding the motives and target of the arrested person," the police emphasize.

It has also started free proceedings for the citizens FF, 17 years old, and AH, 17 years old, both residents of Vlora, the passengers who were traveling together with the 28-year-old, in his vehicle, for the criminal offense of "Disobedience of crime".

Due to investigative secrecy, since the event is under investigation, no other details are given regarding the motives and target of the arrested person.
