SPAK: Altin Morina provided information to Durim Bami and avoided checks for drug parcels!

SPAK has completed investigations and sent 27 people, part of several criminal groups, accused of a number of criminal offenses such as murder and drug trafficking, for trial.

Among them are well-known characters from the criminal world, such as Ervis Martinaj, Endrit Dokle and Arian Tuku.

Meanwhile, former RENEA officer Altin Morina has also been sent for trial .

According to the investigations, Morina, at the time he was an agent of RENEA, provided information to Durim Bami and avoided checks on drug parcels that Bami had in Fushë Krujë.

It is also reported that on 3.4.2025, Altin Morina , declared a wanted person, was found and seized in his vehicle, a BERRETA PX4 pistol model, caliber 9x21mm, Italian production, with number "PJ07009". The weapon, which was held without a permit, was technically in order and suitable for shooting.

Excerpt from SPAK's announcement: 

The defendant Durim Bami organized, directed and financed a structured criminal group, intended for the cultivation of the narcotic plant cannabis sativa, in the village of Nikël, Fushë-Krujë during the period December 2019-July 2020, as well as in the area of ??the Bubq Administrative Unit of the Municipality of Krujë, both before and during September 2020, ensuring the smooth running of this activity.

He was aided in his illegal actions by state police officers, such as the defendant Altin Morina and other still unidentified citizens, who provided information or helped evade inspections of plots planted with narcotic plants.

On 3.4.2025, the defendant, Altin Morina, declared a wanted person, had a firearm, a BERRETA PX4 pistol model, caliber 9x21mm, Italian production, with number "PJ07009", found and seized in his vehicle by police officers of Police Station No. 2, Tirana.

The weapon, which was being held without a permit, was technically in good condition and suitable for shooting, with one cartridge in the chamber, as well as 9 (nine) other cartridges in its magazine.
