The police have executed the arrest warrant for the businessman from Kruja, Ervis Mirin. The 30-year-old is accused of participating in more than 200 tenders for the treatment of hospital waste through forged documents.

Also, the police informs that within the framework of this operation measures have been executed for  Elidiana Shehu, Laert Shehu, Jorida Shabak, Edmond Palushi, Arben Marku, Norbert Dacajn, Alba Kurti, Besarta Lekan, Ilir Bardhi and Kejdi Ahmetaj .

It is suspected that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, through the subjects they administered, had a tender for the treatment of hazardous hospital waste for the Berat hospital.

One of the subjects won the tender for waste treatment and in the documentation participating in the tender, another company was used, which did not have the appropriate technology, so the waste of a hospital was not disposed of according to the legal procedure, as a result they created health problems of people and the environment.
