The Italian police destroyed a drug trafficking group and arrested 8 people, including Albanians. The local media write that the mobile team of the Bologna Police Headquarters, coordinated by the DDA of Bologna and Florence, has destroyed the gang of drug traffickers led by two Albanian brothers.
In relation to this group of traffickers, there are also 48 suspects and the activity had to do with a group composed mainly of Albanians under the leadership of two brothers living in Santa Croce sull'Arno (Pisa) and in Massa and Cozzile.
Among other things, it is learned that the group received the drug from the Netherlands at a price of 24-30,000 euros per kilogram, depending on the degree of purity of the chosen cocaine, which was then traded at a price of 3,000 to 10,000 euros per kilogram.
The drugs, bought in the Netherlands, were transported to Italy by associates and kept in houses away from the places where the leaders of the organization lived.
The investigation identified who identified the logistics bases, who found the cars to be used for transport and who was responsible for the transfer of the drugs to Italy, in particular two other Albanian brothers, who distributed in north-central Italy.
The leaders of the group also had relations with two perpetrators from Salerno, who belonged to two separate Camorra-type criminal organizations, supplied with cocaine which was then resold by Italians in the provinces of Salerno and Avellino.
