For this action they risk up to 3 years in prison.

Article 327 of the criminal code states that "violation of the secrecy of voting" provides that all those who photograph their vote to document their preference are punished with imprisonment from a minimum of six months to 3 years.

In most videos, only the choice of political entity and candidate is published.
