The Tirana court set the security measure "obligation to appear" for the journalist Ervis Hasanaga and the former employee of AMP, Rexhina Omeri , who are accused of computer forgery.
Omer and Hasanaga, in cooperation with another AMP employee, Kushtrim Selimi, still wanted, are suspected of publishing articles with untrue content for the highest leaders of the State Police.
Their arrest was deemed legal by the court.
Kushtrim Selimi and Rexhina Omeri, both have been dismissed from the Police Supervision Agency just one day after the arrest of AMP official and journalist, Ervis Hasanaga.
Through their portal, they used to blackmail and impose fines on police leaders and other officials.
The scandal has deepened as sources indicate that Kushtrim Selimi's brother, Kreshnik Selimi, chief against narcotics in the State Intelligence Service (SHISH), is also included in the investigation file.
Kreshnik, through access to information due to his duty, gave the information he could get to his brother Kushtrim Selim. But the AMP official's brother was not the only one who had access to SHISH. It turns out that the husband of the AMP employee, Rexhina, Fisnik Omeri holds the position of head of the State Information Service in Kavaja.
