Over three thousand cannabis seedlings and plants have been discovered on Mount Rrenci by the Lezha Police.

During the intervention by officers in the area, 30-year-old Serxhio Brenga alias Matija was arrested in flagrante delicto.

The young man from Shkodra was meanwhile wanted for intentional minor injury.

Following the operation, citizens Mateo Brenga, 25 years old (brother of the arrested person) and Florjan Fratija, 30 years old, both residents of Velipojë, Shkodër, were identified and declared wanted.

"The two brothers, Serxhio Brenga and Mateo Brenga, are wanted by the Shkodra Police Department for the criminal offense of "Intentional minor injury", committed in collaboration," the police announced.

During the operation in Mali i Rrenci, police seized a shotgun that was suspected of being used to guard the plot.

Regarding the narcotics, most of them were burned, while another part was seized as material evidence.
