Strong tensions in the hearing for the "Golden Bullet" case. Lawyer Ilirian Dyzeni, defense attorney of Besian Xhixha, claimed that he was threatened by the repentant Nuredin Dumani.

The lawyer left the session, saying loudly: "I will not tolerate someone threatening me in the courtroom and the prosecutor not reacting. He cannot put pressure on me. I will not hear him say to me, 'put you on the list, you are on offer.'"

The court ordered police officers to remove the defendant from the courtroom and adjourned the hearing for a few minutes.

But after the session resumed, he changed his position:  

Lawyer Ilirian Duzeni: Maybe I reacted wrongly a little earlier. Since the witness is from the prosecution, the prosecutor should be careful with his witness. The procedural body should be more attentive. Dumani should be correct, he may say it jokingly but I can't stand it because he is brave and I am a coward. Since there has been concern several times, we have contacted the president of the bar association and he asked us to postpone the session. We do not tolerate this behavior. We request a postponement of the session. With full decision-making, we will ask the prosecution and the court to resolve this situation. We contacted Maks Haxhian.

Elda Zotaj: At the prosecutor's office, I asked the prosecutor's office to initiate proceedings against Nuredin Dumani for intimidation. The prosecutor told me, "Trust me, I won't touch you, Nuredin Dumani." This is a serious situation.
