IT expert warns: Edona Bilali towards SPAK for innovative Start-up grants

The IT expert, Gentian Progni, has stated today that he will make a report to SPAK for the Minister of State for Enterprise Protection, Edona Bilali.

Progni says that he is preparing the report regarding the start-up grants, while noting that he has sufficient evidence to do so.

While asking for as much evidence as possible in the file.

"I am preparing a report for Edona Bilal, anyone who applied and was canceled for the start-up innovation grant should write to me and send me the correspondence. So far I have enough evidence to do it, but the bigger the number, the better it will be", writes the expert on Facebook.

Bilal has been accused before that the beneficiaries of grants for innovation projects were people with connections to the government.
