Idaet Rusi from Pogradec, in December 2018 bought a refrigerator in installments in Korça. However, you see, since April 2023, his salary was blocked.

When he is interested, they tell him that the order was issued by bailiff Fatos Alimadhi. The bailiff is contacted by the citizen, but he tells him that he is sick, the informant confesses to the show "Stop".

Whistleblower : In 2018, in December, on the 29th, I bought it. I got a refrigerator in Korça. Therefore, I took it with an offer, paid 200 thousand Lek in hand and 300 thousand Lek they told me on credit, in installments. It cost 500 thousand old Lek. I had 300 left to pay. They told me that for three months, 45 thousand Lek was the profit. I get my salary myself, 260,000 Lek was withheld from me the day before yesterday... They told me that it was blocked by Fatos Alimadhi. We know! You were a debtor. We know what credit you had, they told me. I communicated with the bailiff, he said "I am sick". He told me "we will talk about tomorrow. I am sick". Seems like outright theft to me.

The whistleblower has kept all invoices reflecting the payments made.

Whistleblower : For three months at the post office, I paid 115, 345, 300 of which I paid and 45,000 plus that they (the store) took as a profit.

The journalist of "Stop" contacts the executor Fatos Alimadhi, pretending to be the granddaughter of Idaet Rusi, in order to understand why the latter's salary has been blocked.

Journalist : Then, I am Idaeti's granddaughter. You blocked his salary this month for a purchase he made of a refrigerator. Do you remember the occasion?

Fatos Alimadhi : He did not make purchases from me, because I am the executor.

Journalist : Yes, you are the executor and you blocked his salary. He told me that he talked to you yesterday and you didn't give him any explanation why when he paid it off.

Fatos Alimadhi: Unë i thashë, të të sqaroj! Nuk kam qenë në punë prej 4 ditësh për arsye të shëndetit por ai e ka mendjen të më shajë, të fyejë,  të më çoje te “Stop”-i, ku di gjë unë. I thashë “Më lër, do merrem me atë punë, për të sqaruar situatën”.

Gazetarja: Po si është situata?

Fatos Alimadhi: Po situata është, që mua më ka ardhur një urdhër ekzekutimi, një kontratë që ka bërë ai me palët dhe kam bërë me procedurat.

Gazetarja: Ju si përmbarues si mund t’i bllokoni pagën kur duhet t’i vërtetoni?

Fatos Alimadhi: Megjithatë, do merrem me atë punë, do e sqaroj situatën.

Gazetari: Ju vazhdoni prapë zoti Alimadhi me këto gjëra, nuk keni mësuar ngga ato që keni bërë?

Fatos Alimadhi : Sir, how do you know what I did? I'm within the law here.

Journalist : The decision to revoke the license was made. In the meantime, you continue working as normal.

Fatos Alimadhi:  This will also be done, why are you asking for it from "Stop"?

Journalist : Honorable, you acted wrongly and outside the law because your procedures were investigated by the ministry, but an in-depth investigation was done for all procedures, as in this case, honorable Mr. Alimadhi, where you did not prove it and did not you did the job right because the master paid them.

Fatos Alimadhi:  No sir, I have completed the procedures according to the law.

As soon as the bailiff realizes that he has been denounced again on the show "Stop", he removes the seizure from the citizen Idaet Rusi.
