A fatal accident was recorded on the Elbasan-Librazhd road, where a 7-year-old lost his life.

According to residents' testimonies, the vehicle involved in the incident was suspected of being moving at high speed, despite the driver's claims that he was traveling at around 10 km/h.

"The driver said he was on a national road. 'I have my right. I was going 10 km per hour,' said the driver. Another serious incident has occurred on this road. The road has become very dangerous in this neighborhood," said a resident of the area.

While a resident said, "They saw that it was at maximum speed. Even though it said it was 10 km/h. All the men from the bar came, they lifted the car and took the child out. They called the ambulance, but it didn't come. They took the car on the spot and took him to the hospital. The ambulance arrived 15 minutes after the child was taken to the hospital. The road is very dangerous. There are many accidents."
