The hearing begins at the Special Court to assess the security measures against traffic police chief Roven Zeka and his colleague Sokol Novaku, who were detained on Saturday by order of SPAK.

On Monday, the Special Court ordered the measure of "prison arrest" for judicial police officer Edison Tabaku, who was arrested on Friday.

The officer did not give any explanation before the court, while BKH agents seized a sum of money worth 50 million lek in his apartment.

Flojera Davidhi is the judge who will issue the decision regarding the two road bosses, after hearing the request of prosecutor Elida Kaçkini, who is pursuing this investigation.

The latter has raised charges of passive corruption against them and has requested "prison arrest".
