A 45-year-old man was prosecuted by the police, after he was caught building a bar without a permit on the beach of Borshi.

The bar, built with wood and iron profiles, was almost at the completion stage, when it was discovered by the police in the field.

Police Notification:

The 45-year-old is being prosecuted for building a beach bar in Borsh without permission.

As a result of increased controls in the field, for the prevention, identification and attack of cases of construction without permission, especially in urban and coastal areas, the services of the Himar Police Station, based on the information provided on the operational route, have identified a case of illegal construction, on the coastline of Borshi.

For this case, the crime investigation specialists of the Himar Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the AF citizen, 45 years old, who was building a beach bar, without the permission of the competent bodies.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Vlorë, for further actions, for the criminal offense "Illegal construction".
