The Special Court has given the "arrest in prison" security measures to nine arrested from the SPAK mega-operation for the crackdown of 7 criminal groups.

Specifically, Naim Stafuka, Robert Laçi, Victor Imeraj, Satilno Basho, Deivis Bajramaj, Drianto Bardhi, Miri Bruli and Armando Ndreca, brother of SP MP Eduart Ndreca, as well as another.

Defense lawyers have called for the arrests not to be considered legal, claiming it is not a fact of who the number that serves to communicate with the SkyECC app. The court's 20-page decision is 243 pages.

Of the 50 arrest warrants in total, 14 of them were executed in Albania, 6 others abroad, namely 2 in Italy, 1 in Germany, 1 in Spain and 2 in Belgium. Thirty others are still being sought, among them former SP MP Arben Ndoka.
