The Albanian Parliament has taken special measures to secure SPAK materials in the file against Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, by creating 10 copies of a USB containing sensitive information.
It is learned that each copy has a unique access code, which only the MP who takes charge of it has, to prevent access by other persons.
The first MP to receive his copy was Saimir Korreshi, while members of the Socialist Party have not yet received their copy, with some stating to the media that they have not yet withdrawn it.
This mechanism was established by the Assembly to ensure that only members of the Mandates Council have access to SPAK materials, including documents that cannot be printed.
While there is no agreement for the next hearing in the Balluku case yet, we must wait until Monday to understand when it can take place.
