Ardian Kalija, Belinda Balluku's lawyer, has requested that the meeting of the Mandates Council be postponed by 3 weeks to review all SPAK acts.
SPAK has said that it may take a maximum of 5 days to review the documents, but the lawyer says there are 10,000 pages of files.
The SP proposes that the meeting be postponed to January 19th.
