A fire broke out this morning at the Regional Hospital of Shkodra, but luckily no one was injured.

The police and medical staff have evacuated the patients avoiding any danger.

Around 07:05, this morning, on the fourth floor of Shkodër Regional Hospital, in one of the rooms of the Surgery Department, a fire broke out.

Police and fire services immediately went to the scene.

The timely intervention of the services made it possible to neutralize the flames, preventing the flames from spreading to other rooms and completely extinguishing the fire.

There were no injuries from the fire, only material damage.

The investigative group continues its work to find out the cause of the fire, which is initially suspected to be accidental.
