Sali Berisha appeared before SPAK this morning for a mandatory appearance order regarding the "Partizani" case.

After leaving SPAK, the leader of the Democratic Party published the decision of the Court of Ioannina, which, according to him, shows that Judge Irena Gjoka has been sentenced to prison for forgery. 

The Ioannina Court document published by Berisha shows that "the judge was sentenced to 3 months in prison and a fine of 1,500 euros."

"She was convicted of forgery by a criminal and not an administrative panel. It is the shame of the shame of Ulsi Manja, this minister. She wears the black robe of the chief judge of Tirana to cover up her forgeries," added Sali Berisha.
