The 8 strongmen who are accused of installing security cameras that would serve to learn the movements of rival groups and the police are well-known names for the State Police. 

Albert Muharremi, the brother of Rrumi t Shijaku, Xjulio Vora, Astrit Balliu (Avdyli), Jasin Kala (Avduli), Altin Avdyli, Sajmir Gjepali, Plarent Dervishaj and David Karaboja, are the 8 people under investigation.
