World Congress of Law, 600 justice personalities gather for three days in Tirana

In three days, Albania will return to the center of international justice.

From May 6th to 8th, the World Law Congress will bring together nearly 600 jurisprudential figures in Tirana and then in Berat.

This activity is considered the opening session of the World Congress of Justice to be held in Albania in 2027, in which 5,000 judges and heads of state are planned to participate and where the prize, otherwise known as the Nobel Prize for Justice, is also expected to be awarded.

So what would happen during the three days in Tirana that coincide with the week of justice, which culminates with its day on May 10?

On May 6, Albanian and foreign justice personalities will be awarded the title Honoris Causa.

On May 7 and May 8, according to the agenda, the meeting will be opened by Justice Minister Toni Gogu and at the high-level roundtable, perspectives will be expressed on what the justice reform brought and what still needs to be done.

One of the issues that will be discussed is the Vetting process that lasted nearly nine years, but Vetting will have its final activity in June./ Top channel
