Amarildo Ndoj, the 26-year-old who was injured after a conflict that occurred on Saturday afternoon (May 3) in Laç, remains in serious condition.

The young man is in intensive care and is expected to undergo surgery.

Daniel Gjeloshi, Liridon Ismailaj, Angjelina Gjezaj are out of danger. They will continue to be under the care of doctors at the QSUT.

Meanwhile, just a day ago, 24-year-old Gerald Bitri passed away. He could not survive the wounds he received in the pelvic area and upper leg.

How did the fight between the young people start?

Police said that the conflict between the young people started for weak motives, due to a road accident with minor material damage, and then continued with the use of weapons.

Klevis Ndreca was in the car with Amarildo Ndoj, while Daniel Gjeloshi, 26, was in the car with Liridon Ismailaj and Gerald Bitri.

The young people had a verbal conflict because they had touched each other's mirrors while driving. The verbal conflict escalated 5 minutes later into the use of pistols. 5 minutes before the incident, there had been a conflict about touching the car mirrors and they had agreed to meet and clarify things a little further down the road where the incident occurred. As soon as they stopped and got out, Ndreca started shooting.

Ndreca and Gjeloshi fired at each other. Klevis Ndreca fired at three other young men, leaving them wounded (Gerald Bitri died in hospital today), his friend Amarildo Ndoj and the street vendor were also accidentally wounded in the shooting. Daniel Gjeloshi also fired back with a pistol, but did not injure anyone.
