The High Judicial Council has dismissed from office the judge of Elbasan, Zamira Vyshka .

The decision was taken after the request of the High Inspectorate of Justice, after the judge was found guilty of corruption.

In addition, the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime decided for him the "Removal of the right to exercise public functions", for a period of 3 years.

Elbasan judge Zamira Vyshka and lawyer Ilir Pashaj, a former judge removed from office before the vetting, were arrested on July 22, 2022 by order of SPAK, on ​​the charge of corruption with a scheme to reduce the sentence against a citizen in exchange for a bribe.

Lawyer Ilir Pashaj, who was suspected of giving the judge an amount of 400,000 ALL, was also sentenced to 2 years in prison, but due to the shortened trial, it is 1 year and 4 months.

The judge was accused of having received 4 million lek to ease the security measure for Zhuliano Musa, accused of injury.
