Sources from the trauma hospital emergency say that from the first examinations, lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi has two fractures in his head.
Other examinations are expected, as these are the first results during the scanner examination, writes Top Channel.
Berisha's lawyer, Sokol Mëngjesi, was leaving the child in the kindergarten when he was barbarically beaten by three unidentified persons this Wednesday.
The perpetrators tracked down the lawyer when he left his apartment in the area of the former Block and ambushed him.
The incident happened around 08:30 in Kindergarten 31. The perpetrators, initially suspected to be three, shot the 34-year-old man in the head with a metal handle. The lawyer was urgently sent to the Trauma Hospital.
The circumstances of the incident are not yet known, while the police have started searching for the identification and then the arrest of the perpetrators.
