The SP candidate in Librazhd, Mariglen Disha, did not contain her euphoria as she held a meeting with the residents and instead of presenting her program, she started reciting in front of them.

This moment caused hilarity and laughter in the hall, even among the representative of the SP in the district, Damian Gjiknuri.

" For the last 10 years I have worked in Cadastre, Tirana, Elbasan and some time in Korça. I think I managed the property part the best, where I followed the most delicate issues such as the property issue.

Ranking myself as a professional, today I am trusted by Prime Minister Edi Rama and the political leader of the district, Mr. Damian Gjiknuri, to lead the municipality of Librazhdi. I am a SP candidate to compete against the other candidate in the May 14 elections" .

" I talked with you in every village and every corner of the city where I shared with you the problems you have. I guarantee you that I will never avoid all the problems you have, but I will try to solve them. I have the desire and willingness to serve you by investing in road infrastructure, in nurseries, in kindergartens and schools, in the electricity and water supply network, in green spaces.

I have noted every problem and every problem you have and I guarantee you that all the notes I have kept I, as the next president of Librazhdi, will try to solve for you.

I will be the same administrator as I worked in previous tasks. I feel valued by the SP, on May 14, let's vote for the SP and me as the candidate of the biggest force in Albania. Give me your trust and I will answer you with my work. I thank all of you for wanting to move forward and not back ," said the SP candidate.
