Abdel Wahaad Hoshush, who is accused of murdering 23-year-old Albanian Atiljo Ndrecaj in Italy, is sentenced to 16 years and 8 months in prison. Meanwhile, the Court sentenced the 35-year-old accomplice, Bouchta Chari, to 10 years and 8 months in prison.

The young Albanian was killed on July 2, 2022, after the perpetrators broke his skull with a baseball bat, while the motive is suspected to be due to disputes over drug deals.

Bouchta Chari, Moroccan, unemployed, who appears to have no criminal record was stopped by the police at the Lombard city railway.
