The Constitutional Court panel meets today to decide whether or not the government's request for the suspension of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku will be considered.
The trio of judges will assess whether the request meets the procedural and constitutional criteria to be addressed by the judicial body.
Belinda Balluku has been suspended from her duties as Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, and also Deputy Prime Minister, by the GJKKO .
The government has appealed its suspension to the Constitutional Court as an interference in executive power.
