The Supreme Court upholds the security measure for Safet Bajri's ex-partner

Safet Bajri and Eria Ago

The Supreme Court has upheld the "house arrest" security measure for Eria Ago, Safet Bajri's former partner.

Ago was released from detention in November 2025, a decision that was challenged by SPAK in the Supreme Court.

Ago, Safet Bajri's ex-girlfriend, is accused of "supporting the perpetrator" in the murder of Fatbardh Lici in 2018 in Shkodra.

According to SPAK, Ago removed Astmer Bilal from Shkodra after Lici's execution, using a "Mercedes Benz" type vehicle, which was captured by a security camera in the northern city.
