The Mane Foundation continues its long-term contribution to the education system in the country. This time, together with Neptun, it made possible the renovation of the Programming and Computational Physics Laboratory at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tirana.
The laboratory serves students of the Bachelor's degree programs in Physics, and Physics and Computer Science, as well as those pursuing Master's degree programs in Physics. The laboratory is also available to students of data science and computer engineering, benefiting about 100 students during the academic year.
The Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Prof. Dr. Eglantina Kalluci, emphasized that "theoretical developments in the classroom have the potential to be transformed into practical solutions for the business world, with the help of such collaborations that bring together the academic and business worlds."
The laboratory also supports scientific research thanks to its direct connection to the high-performance cluster located in the same faculty. It is a modern technological infrastructure that enables complex simulations, advanced data analysis and the development of international projects.
The executive director of Neptun in Albania, Evis Tartale, considers the contribution as the beginning of a multifaceted collaboration, including the possibility of student internships at this company.
For the Mane Foundation, education constitutes one of the main directions of activity, with the conviction to assist the personal and professional development of students.
