Erion Braçe calls on MPs: This is murder! Let's change the Highway

The SP MP has reacted to the serious accident that took the lives of two minor children, 12-year-old Eneo Muça and 10-year-old Klersi Nikolli, in the city of Durrës, where 11-year-old Arvjon Meslani was also injured.

Braçe considered the tragic accident a murder and requested that it be treated as such.

Furthermore, Braçe called on his colleagues in the Assembly to amend the Road Code and clearly define legal responsibility for such cases.

He writes that we should not be content with just condolences, but we must also act as deputies.

IT'S NOT AN ACCIDENT BUT INTENTIONAL MURDER!

And we must do it now, do it immediately!

How do we make that change for double parking that, although it is in force, is NOT enforced by anyone;

LET'S DO IT WITH THAT SPEED AND DECISION, BUT TO IMPLEMENT IT AS CITIZENS, POLICE, PROSECUTORS AND JUDGES!

Maybe only by punishing intentional murder in this way, we can stop MURDERERS FROM TAKING THE STREETS!

Meanwhile, this event should push us to think and act for EVEN DEEPER URBANIZATION, including roads that discourage speeding, speed limits for cars within neighborhoods and not just signs that a knife throws, closing roads to give children and the elderly the opportunity to play and move, rest safely, building safe playgrounds and corners for children and the elderly at all costs!

WE HAVE THE VOTES TO DO THIS; WE HAVE THEM IN A MAJORITY!

We are not just here to comfort; we were voted to act! WE MUST SHOW IT NOW!
