The head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, has considered the driver of the vehicle that fatally hit two children and seriously injured a third in the former Këneta area in Durrës as a "terrorist", writes A2CNN. 

" The tragic event in Durrës is not a road accident. The perpetrator is not a driver behind a wheel, but a terrorist! ", Balla wrote in a post on social networks.

The three children were standing on the sidewalk when the "Benz" vehicle driven by Nikoll Radaçi, who was intoxicated, lost control of the car and ran over them.

After this moment, the 57-year-old, after seeing that there were victims, got out of the "Benz", abandoned the car and ran through the middle of the neighborhood, not giving the minors first aid.

The perpetrator has been arrested by the police, while investigations continue into the accident that has shocked the local community and the entire public opinion.
