Elvis Roshi comes out after 4 hours in SPAK and "shut" his mouth!

The former head of the Municipality of Kavaja, Elvis Roshi, was summoned today to SPAK to give evidence, on an investigation launched against him.

SPAK launched an investigation into the former head of the Kavaja Municipality, Roshi, after a report that the High Council of Justice made against him, for abuse of tenders while he was in office.

The former Mayor of the Municipality, Elvis Roshi, is accused by KLSH of having caused 33 million ALL in damages with the tenders.

After 4 hours of testifying at the Special Prosecutor's Office against Organized Crime, the former mayor refused to give a statement to the media, as according to him, he is not allowed to talk about the investigation.

"I can't talk about the investigation ," Roshi said.

We recall that Roshi has been away from politics for several years, since in 2018 he was sentenced to 7 months and 15 days in prison after admitting that he had filled out the decriminalization form incorrectly.

The court commuted the sentence to 60 hours of community service. Roshi was expelled from three European countries, Italy, Switzerland and Germany. A fact which he hid in the decriminalization form.

At that time, Roshi was accused of the criminal offense of "Forgery of seals, stamps or forms" provided by Article 190/1 of the Criminal Code.
