The execution of the businessman and Member of the Municipal Council of Lezha, Ardian Nikulaj a day ago in Shengjin, continues to remain without a perpetrator.

Since the moment of the event, several people have been accompanied and interrogated, but their statements have not helped the investigative group to track down the author.

From the inspection of the security cameras, the author is thought to have come from Shkodra and appears to be driving a "Scooter" motorcycle, camouflaged with a spacesuit and a phosphorescent vest, similar to those of the traffic police. After committing the crime, he quietly leaves again by motorbike, following the same route along the highway towards Shkodra and loses his tracks in the Gjadri area.

At this point, where there are no cameras on the street, it is thought that he was helped by other people to leave. In order to carry out the assassination of the 50-year-old Nikulaj, it is believed that a number of people collaborated with each other, who followed the target's movements, signaling the perpetrator to commit the murder, precisely at the moment when he entered the CORAL bar owned by him in the first line of the coast of Shengjin.

From the investigative actions carried out, it was concluded that the author was a murderer, a professional, acting calmly without leaving a trace and without harming other people who were in the bar.

The police have carried out checks in several places from where the author of the incident is thought to have left, but without being able to find evidence that could serve the investigation.

Ardian Nikulaj, a businessman and political exponent in Lezhë, was executed with a pistol at noon on Wednesday while he was alone at the table in the bar he owns on the first line of the Shengjin beach.

The main track of the investigation is focused on the rivalry between the two related to murders that happened years ago, but the possibility that the crime may have come about because of conflicts related to business is not excluded.
