Serious in Italy, ALBANIAN truck driver loses LIFE in the port of Trieste!
ITALY

An Albanian truck driver, around 60 years old, died this evening at the Cattinara Hospital in Trieste, Italy .

The victim was in Trieste for work, according to authorities in the neighboring country, but his identity has not yet been made public.

The Albanian fell ill while performing routine operations at the port of Legnam. Port technicians returned some documents to him and after checking him later, they found him already unconscious in the vehicle.

At this point, efforts began to extricate him from the vehicle where he had been sitting when he fell ill. Due to his size, it was not easy to extricate him.

Once he was extricated, emergency medical services were able to revive him with specialized intervention. The truck driver's condition was already critical at the scene, Italian media reported.

Intubated and stabilized, the Albanian citizen was transported to the emergency room of the Trieste hospital, where he died shortly thereafter. The causes of death remain unknown and the results of the forensic examination are awaited.
