Former SP MP Klotilda Bushka , one of the defendants in the “ Veliaj ” case, has requested a summary trial. Lawyer Henrik Ligori stated that Klotilda Bushka did not accept the accusations during the preliminary investigation, considering them unfounded in evidence and facts.

Attorney Ligori emphasized that the preliminary hearing judge had referred the case to trial, while the defense had requested a recess at that stage.

Subsequently, Ligori confirmed the request for summary judgment and added the request for division of the case, arguing that the GJKKO does not have local jurisdiction over this case and proposes sending the case to another court.

"For the defendant Klotilda Bushka, defended by us, Ms. Bushka, who has not accepted the accusation and qualified it as unsupported by evidence and facts during the preliminary investigation phase. The judge of the preliminary hearing referred the case to trial, we have requested the dismissal of the case in that process. First, we confirm the request for summary judgment, we request the separation of the case and the lack of subject matter jurisdiction of this court and the sending of the case to another court. We have brought a document that Bushka is no longer a deputy," said lawyer Henrik Ligori.
