Two people were injured by gunfire in Kukës. Police have identified and are searching for the suspected perpetrators, who are two brothers.

"At around 2:35 p.m., in the city of Kukës, under still unclear circumstances, citizens AC, 36 years old, and SK, 65 years old, were wounded with gunfire.

Preliminary investigations suspect that the perpetrators are citizens FI, 39 years old, and NI, 38 years old, (brothers), who have been declared wanted.

Police services continue checks with the aim of locating and capturing the perpetrators.

"The investigation group is at the scene and, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident, as well as to capture any evidence that will serve the investigation, for the legal documentation of the case ," the police announced.
