The Court of Durres has set the security measure "arrest in prison" for the three citizens who opposed the police and raped a 32-year-old man in the premises of the Durres hospital.

The reason for this event was the love affair between the daughter of one of the perpetrators and the young man, for which the family was against.

Her father and relatives, who were allegedly following the young man, entered the hospital premises and, after resisting the police forcefully, beat him by punching him in the head and body.

The Durrës police arrested in the act three citizens originating from Dibra and living on the beach of Durrës, while the 32-year-old man, after receiving the appropriate health care and giving his testimony, was released.

According to the injured, the girl's family did not accept their relationship and he was threatened with his life by the girl's father, who threatened him on the phone that if he did not leave Durrës, he would kill him and his daughter.

The incident happened late on Monday evening in the emergency room of the hospital, where the police had sent a 32-year-old man from Durrës, who was driving the vehicle in a drunken state, for a health check.
